OK ... you can if you like. These pages are not dictating how you should or should not feel, or tell you to "pull yourself together", or tell you what to do at all. 'Stuff happens' and being in a state of panic, although not good for long, is sometimes just how you feel at a moment in time. This is hopefully going to help how you can change your state.
